Return Policy

Nailoby Press-On Nails​ Online Store have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@nailoby.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at service@nailoby.com. We are available from Monday through Friday 9 am to 6 pm UTC+8. If our agents are busy at the moment, please leave your order number and items for return, we will get back to you once we are available. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Return Conditions

  • To be eligible for a refund, your returned item must be in its original, unused condition – meaning it is not used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Please request a return before sending an item back. Returns sent to us without prior authorization may not be accepted.
  • Upon receipt, all returns are thoroughly inspected. We are unable to issue refunds for items that arrive used, damaged, or in an unsuitable condition. In such cases, the item may be sent back to you.
  • For your convenience and security, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and avoiding Cash on Delivery (C.O.D.).

Please note that for returns not due to product quality issues (such as change of mind, ordered the wrong size, or simply no longer wanting the product), the original shipping fee and any import duties or taxes paid are non-refundable.


Refunds

Refund to original payment method will now be processed within 3 business days after your return package arrives at our warehouse. 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
